aNation@work is a non-profit company who’s primary focus is the development and empowerment of youth and women from disadvantaged communities, with the aim to inspire change.
We partner with NGOs, Private and Public Sector's in empowering the disadvantaged and marginalised people of South Africa.
We do this by developing sustainable solutions that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals that will better the nation and help address the global challenges.

To work with NGO's, Private and Public Sector in empowering the previously disadvantaged and marginalised people of South Africa and Abroad to eradicate poverty by overcoming the injustice and inequity that cause it.
Empowerment
We believe that all South African, especially those from poor families, should be awarded an opportunity to be empowered.
Through Education, through
programmes that aim to lift them up from their daily environments and provide exposure.
Sustainability
We would rather take on fewer programmes that can be run consistently
and sustainably, rather than too many that we cannot manage.
Partnership
We will partner with communities, corporates and other NGOs anywhere in
the world, in order to ensure Sustainability.
Our Beneficiaries
The TMF runs a flagship programme called The Pride of a Rural Girl, an initiative to provide sanitary towels to learners in selected rural areas.
aNation@Work sponsored sanitary towels to some of the girls learners.
GIT is an NPO dedicated to initiating programs designed to empower, educate and mentor the girl child about science and technology.
aNation@Work has partnered with GIT to support these programmes.
The hospital, overseen by the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund, along with various local and international partners, is dedicated exclusively to paediatric medicine and care.
aNation@Work managed a fundraising Auction of a piece
of art “The Last Supper” with proceeds going to the Fund.
The Sibusiso Emfudweni Day Care services children in Alex.
aNation@Work supports Day Care Centre with the annual programme to provide for the ECD’s needs.

Nonhlanha Dakile
(CEO)
She is an entrepreneur with over 18 years of work experience.
After 11 years working in corporate she started her own business in marketing and television production.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Wits), a postgraduate diploma in Business Management (Wits Business School) and a Sales & Marketing Diploma (Cum-Laude Damelin School of Management).
Nokuthula Sibeko
(COO)
Founder of TS Consultancy that specialise in Social Impact Strategies, Digital Campaign Strategies and Brand Activation Strategies.
She’s the founder of Girls Invent Tomorrow (GIT) who’s aim is to empower, educate and mentor girls about careers in ICT sector.
She was a member of an NGO called CYE (Community Youth Empowerment) an organization committed to social upliftment of the youth.
Sibongile Duma
(Director-Communications & Marketing)
Holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from IMM.
She has 22 years of experience in sales and market development. She has an excellent track record in management both at strategic and operational level with sound management skills.
She also has relevant experience in building visibility programs and establishing various distribution channels for wholesale and retail trade.
Lizzy Vundla
(Director- Special Project )
She is an entrepreneur who entered the taxi industry in 1988 and served in the government transport structure in Gauteng.
She was appointed to be in a team of transforming the taxi industry in 1995. In 2001 she opened an Early Child Development Centre (ECD), which caters for 300 learners in Alexander Township.
